Broadcast History for November

November was alternately chaotic and correctly ordered on Ten. While the 7:30pm Wednesday timeslot aired the last four episodes of Season Nine (but one), Sundays saw an odd collection from Seasons Six to Eight. But worst was the weekday strip, jumping around in Seasons Four and Five. What appeared to happen was that some Season Five episodes were skipped, purportedly because PG episodes can't be aired at 7:00pm. But once the end of the season had been reached, the timeslot started playing some of the Season Four episodes that were earlier skipped for exactly this alleged reason. Just to make things really confusing, on the 24th November, the Spin-off Showcase (4F20) from Season Eight made an appearance. And in the last week of the month, stripping jumped back to Season Two, thankfully also restoring a semblance of order.

Foxtel Broadcasts in November

In November, all three streams of The Simpsons on Foxtel continued on from where they were at the end of the previous month. (The fourth stream had already effectively terminated during October.) The weekday strip screened from the start of Season Five to the start of Season Seven. The weekend morning stream showed from the middle of Season Four to the end of Season Six. Finally, Saturday evenings featured debut screenings on Foxtel of episodes from the middle of Season Ten.
