Broadcast History for December

From the start of December, Ten moved its Wednesday 7:30pm timeslot to a one hour slot on Thursdays from 7:30pm, featuring a selection of episodes as diverse as we've seen on Sundays, the two episodes naturally merged. Weekday stripping to continued at 7:00pm with episodes from Season Two, but only through to the 10th Decembar (subsequently replaced by Season Three of Mad About You). The Sunday double timeslot from 7:30pm continued with specials composed of two (un)related episodes, merged.

Foxtel Broadcasts in December

All three streams continued screening. The weekday strip covered Seasons Seven and Eight, but from the 20th December, the weekday midnight repeat timeslot moved to 11:30pm. Moreover, a number of Christmas and New Year's pre-emptions were scheduled: on Friday, 24th December, the 11:30pm repeat timeslot was pre-empted, as were both repeat timeslots on Friday, 31st December. The weekend morning stream ran from the end of Season Six to the start of Season Nine. Finally, Saturday evenings featured debut screenings on Foxtel of episodes from the middle of Season Ten -- apart from the 25th December, when the timeslot was pre-empted. On New Year's Eve, Foxtel screened a selection of episodes from their "favourite" series, including Itchy & Scratchy Land (2F01) from The Simpsons, at about 11:30pm.
